We are looking for a experienced web graphic designer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have superior user interface design skills. We would love to work with someone who has a passion and enthusiasm for what they do every day.

The successful candidate will be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction, flows and able to transform them into beautiful and functional designs.In this role, we expect the ability to research, think conceptually and, most importantly, huge creativity. You will need to be creative in all areas of design including production, print, digital, social and web and able to develop creative concepts while protecting the Optimistic Group & Its companies brand.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Testing and improving the design of the website and application.
  2. Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
  3. Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
  4. Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients.
  5. Working with different content management systems.
  6. Communicating design ideas using user flows process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
  7. Designing sample pages including colors and fonts.
  8. Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.
  9. Create social media posts /images, product images , website banners, package design etc.


Skills Required:

  1. A relevant diploma/degree in a related field.
  2. Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Coral Draw and other visual design tools.
  3. Proficiency in front-end development web programming language such as HTML and CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript.
  4. Good understanding of content management systems and search engine optimization principles.
  5. Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
  6. Excellent visual design skills.
  7. Creative and open to new ideas.
  8. Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
